At Living Big, a renowned advertising agency, we are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our great team. We are seeking a professional in international business, business administration, accounting, or related fields, preferably with a minimum of three years of experience in purchasing within BTL agencies. Among the responsibilities are maintaining up-to-date supplier information, efficiently supplying the organization, negotiating with strategic suppliers, analyzing monthly consumption for optimal purchasing, preparing orders, coordinating payment to suppliers, and creating purchase orders with the necessary criteria required by the company.
The role also involves continuous monitoring from the issuance of the purchase order to the receipt of the product or service, ensuring it meets the specifications established by the requesting departments, among other tasks.
Direct contract with the company with an indefinite-term.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with availability to work on weekends.
Work Mode: Hybrid with the availability to go to the office when required.
Salary: Negotiable.
